"Kari did an outstanding job. She is the World’s Greatest Real Estate Agent !!! The BEST in Genesee County. She helped us sell my condo in Flint Township, then helped me buy another condo in Flushing Township. She made a special packet highlighting the features in our home, held an open house and communicated with us on a daily basis. We sold our condo in three weeks and she made it convenient for us by having the closing in her office in Flushing. She continued sending us new listings on condo’s just going on the market. That’s how we found the one in Flushing. They had multiple offers but she put together a purchase agreement for us that enhanced our chances and they choose ours over the other four.
